Everybody is different and to that note we strive to adapt our services to meet the ever changing needs of every individual we work with. One-on-One Health & Nurse Coaching

I take a one-on-one approach to Health Coaching and that is always to your benefit. You’ll get my full attention during every session where we can focus on your health plan and create momentum forward. It is important to remember that there is a somewhat therapeutic element to coaching, but that’s not the world our services live in. Karena is not a therapist and you may require additional support to mitigate past relationships with food and any emotional barriers you may face.

4-Month
Coaching Package

Regular one hour coaching calls via Zoom with access to me via text and email.

Who this is for: The person who is curious about coaching. You are ready to commit to a program and show up for yourself. Within 4 months, you will learn all the tools you need to implement whatever change you are seeking.

8-Month
Coaching Package

Regular one hour coaching calls via Zoom with access to me via text, email and impromptu 15-minute sessions if my schedule allows. TThe 8-month package includes resources for self-training and knowledge development.

Who is this for: The person who is prepared to commit to a more in-depth program and

show up for themselves knowing that they are ready for an absolute and permanent change.

This package is designed for those that have an interest in learning more about personal growth or mentorship and may themselves may be interested in pursuing coaching as a career or skill set at work. Karena will work directly with you to provide guidance and coaching through the tough times and good.

Becoming A Mindful Eater Program

What does it mean to be a mindful eater? Well, it’s a question that deserves a longer answer and it’s the question that we answer through our Becoming A Mindful Eater Program. In this 8-week course that you can start at any point in your life, you will work directly with Karena to discover your body and its needs in a whole new way that includes mindfulness, journaling, meditation, addresses emotional eating, and so much more. You’ll learn techniques to identify signals of hunger, what healthy food really is, and strategies to completely transform the way you sustain yourself.

It’s perfect for anyone who feels they are being called to change their relationship with food!

Week 1

Eating Like A Mindful Eater–Learn how to feel your body’s signals and only eat when hungry and how to know when to stop eating.

Week 2

High Vibrational Foods–Discover what these foods are and why they matter for your diet

Week 3

Neuroscience Behind Habit Change–Get foundational insight into the way your brain works with
setting goals and implementing strategies toward success.

Week 4

Self-Sabotage And Limiting Beliefs–Through topics like alcohol and celebrations we’ll discuss common
barriers to doing better with food intake and discover ways to mitigate these effects.

Week 5

One-On-One Coaching–This week is dedicated to direct one-hour sessions with Karena to get more personal
insight into the strategies being taught in the program.

Week 6

Gut And Brain Health–There is a symbiotic relationship between your gut health and your brain health, but
there’s more to know. This week will teach you more about the roles our gut and brain play in our overall health.

Week 7

Plant Based Eating–We’ll jump into the pros and cons of plant based eating and you’ll develop strategies to
implement this dietary approach into your life.

Week 8

Celebrate–That’s right, celebrate! With the knowledge and strategies you’ve gained through the program
you’ll be able to fully welcome in your body’s chakras and energy fields!
