One-on-One Health & Nurse Coaching
I take a one-on-one approach to Health Coaching and that is always to your benefit. You’ll get my full attention during every session where we can focus on your health plan and create momentum forward. It is important to remember that there is a somewhat therapeutic element to coaching, but that’s not the world our services live in. Karena is not a therapist and you may require additional support to mitigate past relationships with food and any emotional barriers you may face.

Coaching Package
Regular one hour coaching calls via Zoom with access to me via text and email.
Who this is for: The person who is curious about coaching. You are ready to commit to a program and show up for yourself. Within 4 months, you will learn all the tools you need to implement whatever change you are seeking.
8-Month
Coaching Package
Regular one hour coaching calls via Zoom with access to me via text, email and impromptu 15-minute sessions if my schedule allows. TThe 8-month package includes resources for self-training and knowledge development.

Becoming A Mindful Eater Program
What does it mean to be a mindful eater? Well, it’s a question that deserves a longer answer and it’s the question that we answer through our Becoming A Mindful Eater Program. In this 8-week course that you can start at any point in your life, you will work directly with Karena to discover your body and its needs in a whole new way that includes mindfulness, journaling, meditation, addresses emotional eating, and so much more. You’ll learn techniques to identify signals of hunger, what healthy food really is, and strategies to completely transform the way you sustain yourself.
It’s perfect for anyone who feels they are being called to change their relationship with food!
